How do I receive my purchase?
Packages are delivered automatically to the Minecraft account entered during checkout once your payment has been successfully processed.
I haven't received my items — what should I do?
Wait a few minutes, confirm that your payment was completed, and reconnect to the server. If your purchase is still missing, open a store-support ticket on Discord with your username and transaction ID.
What happens if I enter the wrong username?
Contact support immediately. We cannot guarantee that a package delivered to the wrong account can be transferred, so always verify the username before purchasing.
How does PRIME+ work, and what happens after cancelling?
PRIME+ is a monthly subscription that renews automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel it through the payment platform used during checkout.
Your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period. Once the subscription expires, you will lose access to PRIME+ perks until you subscribe again. No saved data is lost, and information such as your homes will be restored when you renew your PRIME+ subscription.
Can I receive a refund if I am banned?
No. Players are responsible for following the server rules, and banned players are not eligible for refunds.
